There was an episode of Friends (God I hate the mushy stuff but it was really good in season 3 and 4) in which, Joey tells Chandler that babies are chick magnets. Well maybe. It signals that the guy is caring and appeals to the deep wired evolutionary tendency to pick good fathers for their kids but it is lame, you will have to admit. For one it is too obvious. Second anyone can do it (it has been done to death).Third and most important by doing this trick you are leveraging on the good emotions. But as Star wars and Lord of the rings are any evidences, then forces of darkness are always stronger than the forces of light.
